Clear Quartz, is known as the "Master Healer," and is one of the most versatile and powerful healing crystals in the metaphysical world.
It helps us tune into our psychic abilities and aids in concentration, decision making and enhanced memory, offering mental clarity and clearing brain fog. 
It's often used to boost manifestation, aligning us with and setting appropriate goals for our highest good while supporting our spiritual growth by aiding in clear thinking and a higher perspective.
It amplifies positive energy and intentions, absorbs negativity and is a very soul cleansing and healing crystal, it can be used alongside any other crystal or mineral to enhance their properties.

It’s one of the few crystals that doesn’t need to be cleansed and charged in the same way.

Clear Quartz has found its way into nearly every ancient tradition and they all have their own legends to tell, one of my favourites belongs to the ancient Chinese and Japanese who regarded the Crystal as the perfect gem, crystal balls were carved from it and these were regarded as the heart of a dragon and the symbol of creation. 
The use of these balls for showing the duality between the material and spiritual worlds is thought to date back to the Buddhist Altars.
Since then, gazing into these Quartz spheres has been used as a window to different times and dimensions and a way of divination.
